Each year, the IEO concludes about two evaluations, which normally take about 18 months to complete. All documents can be downloaded free of charge from this website.

Ongoing Evaluations

For each study, the IEO prepares a draft issues paper, and/or more detailed draft terms of reference. These documents are posted on the IEO's website to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment. All comments are considered by the IEO in determining the final terms of reference, which are also posted on the IEO's website.
