Ongoing EvaluationsFor each study, the IEO prepares a draft issues paper, and/or more detailed draft terms of reference. These documents are posted on the IEO's website to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment. All comments are considered by the IEO in determining the final terms of reference, which are also posted on the IEO's website.

Future EvaluationsThe IEO develops its work program on the basis of broad based internal and external consultations.
